Ensuring Complementary Health & Wellbeing support is accessible to all
Improve YOUR Physical, Mental and Emotional Health
At Beyond Boundaries Foundation, we believe everyone deserves access to resources that can support their physical, mental and emotional health, regardless of their health or financial circumstances.
Reach beyond boundaries. Discover support. Find new possibilities.
Beyond Boundaries Foundation is a registered charity in England & Wales · Charity no. 1211857
We are a registered UK charity providing access to complementary and holistic therapies for vulnerable and disadvantaged people who may otherwise be unable to access them.
With an ever growing community of qualified professional practitioners we deliver educational workshops, therapeutic and informative talks, community events, bespoke support for groups and our online Buzz Hub. We help people discover practical ways to support their health and everyday lives.
Our therapies work alongside mainstream medical care, providing additional integrated support for people facing illness, pain, emotional difficulties and other health challenges.
Making Complementary Health Support Accessible
Beyond Boundaries Foundation was established with a simple belief: access to complementary health support should not be restricted by someone’s financial or medical circumstances.
For people experiencing long-term health conditions, physical pain, anxiety, trauma or difficult life circumstances, finding additional support can be challenging, particularly when cost or physical access becomes another barrier.
We work alongside mainstream healthcare, helping people explore additional resources that can complement the care they already receive from their GP, hospital, hospice or other healthcare professionals.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to help remove barriers and connect people with complementary therapies and practices, delivering practical health education and resources from qualified and experienced practitioners and coaches.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Everyone Deserves the Opportunity to Improve Their Health
Access to complementary therapies is often limited to those who can afford to pay privately, leaving many vulnerable and disadvantaged people without opportunities to explore additional support.
We want to change that by making complementary health resources more accessible, helping people develop practical skills, discover new approaches and feel more confident in managing aspects of their physical, mental and emotional health.
Because everyone deserves the opportunity to live as fully as possible, whatever challenges they may be facing.
Complementary Therapies, Workshops and Practical Health Resources
We provide access to a range of complementary therapies, educational programmes and community activities designed to support different aspects of physical, mental and emotional health.
What we offer
Through workshops, therapeutic talks, events and tailored programmes, experienced practitioners introduce techniques and resources that people can explore and where appropriate, continue using in everyday life.
Rather than focusing solely on individual symptoms, we recognise that physical, mental and emotional health are interconnected and that each person’s circumstances and needs are different.

WHO WE SUPPORT
Helping Vulnerable and Disadvantaged People Access Complementary Therapies
Beyond Boundaries Foundation supports people facing barriers to accessing complementary health resources, particularly those experiencing financial hardship alongside physical, mental or emotional health challenges.
This can include people living with long-term illness, chronic pain or mobility difficulties, those recovering from trauma and individuals receiving support through hospices, care settings, charities or supported housing.
We also work with healthcare professionals, charities and community organisations to help reach people who may benefit from additional support.
Individuals can enquire directly about accessing our services or be referred by a healthcare professional or supporting organisation. Eligibility criteria apply.
