What happens during a workshop?
Our workshops are fully tailored to the needs and goals of our recipients, which is why it’s tricky to explain how they unfold in practice! In general, though, you can choose from the following tools and resources – and mix and match them to best suit your requirements:
· Buzz Talks
· Specific techniques (breathwork, meditation, grounding, mindfulness) that are helpful in dealing with stress, anxiety, worry, and other emotional and physical challenges
· Hands-on demonstrations of how to put these techniques into practice and create a balance between emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations.
Workshops can be delivered as a one-off or as part of a series of sessions, each one focusing on specific elements that you might be interested in exploring.

Workshops are for anyone who is open to trying new practices and techniques to enhance their quality of life, whether it be by better managing one specific aspect of their health & wellbeing (emotional, physical, and mental) or by nurturing holistic complementary health & wellbeing for life.
