What's included in a Buzz Talk?
Usually delivered by our founder Denise Greene, a Buzz Talk is an interactive and motivational talk that outlines the purpose and benefits of integrating holistic wellbeing into your daily life.
During a Buzz Talk – which, generally, lasts for anything from 20 - 35 minutes (depending on audience interaction) you can expect to be introduced to some of the most popular and effective complementary therapies. At the end, you will receive two easy takeaways that you can start to integrate into your life straight after the session is over.
Who are Buzz Talks for?
Buzz Talks, just like all the other services that we offer, are open to everyone. However, this doesn’t mean that they are a one-size-fits-all: each Buzz Talk gets 100% tailored to the specific needs and goals of its audience. Whether you are the CEO of a busy firm wanting to enhance staff’s physical mental and emotional health & wellbeing, a charity supporting young offenders, women in a refuge, or any other vulnerable group, our promise to you is: you will walk away from a Buzz Talk with a real BUZZ around the benefits of self-care and complementary health & wellbeing practices.
